About Sangeetha Ram Prasad :

She has 20 years of association in the divine art of Classical Carnatic music. Born in a family with a traditional carnatic music background she started learning vocal music from her mother Mrs Revathi Srinivasan, a graded Veena artist working with All India Radio, Chennai. Also, she learnt from her grand mother Chellam Rajagopalan who is also a Veena artist. She took her training initially from Mrs Rajalakshmi, student of Sangeetha Kalanaidhi Sri D.K. Jayaraman. Later, she took intensive training from her Guru Sangeetha Kalanidhi Sri T.M. Thyagarajan for 6 years.

She gave her first Sabha concert at Nugambakkam Cultural academy, Chennai in 1992. She has given many performances at temples, sabhas and marriages in Tamil Nadu including reputed sabhas such as The Music Academy, Kalarasana, Tamil Esai Mandram, Bhaktha Jana Sabha , Tirupathi Devasthanam, Nadha Inbam - Raga Sudha Hall etc.,

Being a resident in Bahrain, she has given many concerts organized by various club in Bahrain.

The classical concert will have all the popular composition and a large number of music lovers are expected for the event, She is accompanied by the Mirudangam on the stage played by Mr: Krishna kumar and Violin by Mrs : Archana Krishnakumar, Moorsing : Mr. Bala Krishnan T.S., all renewned music artistes.
